TETONINFRASTRUCTURE
The process

Five steps. Signed off before a cable is pulled.

From the design center to move-in day, here’s exactly what happens.

  1. Design center

The builder introduces the network option at the design center, alongside the homeowner’s other selections. That’s the builder’s only step.

  2. Design consultation

We meet with the homeowner to learn how they’ll use the home. Using the builder’s floor plans, we produce a custom network design and a wiring map with specs the electrician can follow.

  3. Pre-wire walkthrough

Before any cable is pulled, the builder, the electrician, and TTI walk the site together. We confirm every run, device location, and drop. All three sign off.

  4. One-visit pre-wire

The builder’s licensed electrician pulls all runs in one visit, working from the signed-off wiring map. TTI does not pull cable.

  5. Install and handoff

After construction, we install and configure the equipment, test coverage, and walk the homeowner through the system. We hand off credentials and support the system during the manufacturer warranty period.

Step 3

The walkthrough is the difference

Before a single cable is pulled, we walk the site with you and your electrician. Every run, every device location, every drop — agreed on in one meeting and signed off by all three of us. Your electrician does the work in one visit. Nobody comes back for forgotten drops.
What to expect

Timeline

Our steps follow your build schedule. Design happens early, while selections are being made. The walkthrough happens at pre-wire. Install happens after construction, before move-in. Exact timing depends on each home and is confirmed in the Project Proposal.
