Every home you build deserves a network that works from day one.
We partner with builders to design and install professional-grade network infrastructure in new homes — handling everything from wiring design during the build to full system setup at move-in. You offer a premium upgrade. We handle every technical detail.
Design before drywall
The window to build a proper home network closes the day the drywall goes up. After that, every fix is a compromise — repeaters in hallways, cables stapled along baseboards, dead zones nobody can explain. We design the network while the walls are still open, so the home is right the first time.

Five steps. One pre-wire visit.
Design center
The builder introduces the option at the design center.
Design consultation
We meet with the homeowner and produce a custom network design and wiring map.
Pre-wire walkthrough
The builder, the electrician, and TTI walk the site together. All three sign off.
One-visit pre-wire
The electrician pulls all runs in one visit.
Install and handoff
We install, configure, test coverage, and walk the homeowner through the system.
Before a single cable is pulled, we walk the site with you and your electrician. Every run, every device location, every drop — agreed on in one meeting and signed off by all three of us. Your electrician does the work in one visit. Nobody comes back for forgotten drops.
Why builders partner with us
No added workload
You introduce the option. We handle design, consultation, coordination, install, and handoff.
Standardized quality
Every home gets a documented design, a signed-off walkthrough, and a tested system.
New upgrade revenue
A premium option you can offer at the design center.
Better move-in experience
Homes that work on day one mean fewer callbacks and more referrals.
Insured, in writing
Fully insured with general liability and E&O coverage. Written agreements on every job.
You introduce the option. We do the rest. Design, homeowner consultation, electrician coordination, installation, and handoff — none of it touches your team's schedule.
