A premium upgrade. No added workload.
You introduce the option. We do the rest. Design, homeowner consultation, electrician coordination, installation, and handoff — none of it touches your team's schedule.
The partnership model
TTI partners with home builders to design and install network infrastructure in new construction homes. You offer it as an upgrade. We work directly with the homeowner and your electrician. Your team keeps building.
No added workload
You introduce the option. We handle design, consultation, coordination, install, and handoff.
Standardized quality
Every home gets a documented design, a signed-off walkthrough, and a tested system.
New upgrade revenue
A premium option you can offer at the design center.
Better move-in experience
Homes that work on day one mean fewer callbacks and more referrals.
Insured, in writing
Fully insured with general liability and E&O coverage. Written agreements on every job.
Fits your design center
The option is introduced where homeowners already make their selections: the design center. From there, we take over. We schedule the design consultation with the homeowner, produce the network design and wiring map, and deliver specs your electrician can work from.
What we need from you
- Floor plans for the home
- Your electrician’s contact
- Site access for the pre-wire walkthrough and install
What you never have to do
- Design the network
- Choose equipment
- Run the homeowner consultation
- Coordinate the low-voltage details
- Configure, test, or hand off credentials
- Field network questions during the warranty period
What we don’t do. TTI does not do electrical or low-voltage wiring installation. Your licensed contractor pulls the cable. We also don’t do structural changes, general contracting, or internet service.
Insurance and contracts
- Teton Infrastructure LLC, an Idaho LLC
- General liability insurance
- Errors & omissions insurance
- A Master Services Agreement with every builder
- A written Project Proposal for every home
- Change orders in writing
- Lien waivers on payment
Pricing transparency
Equipment, design, and labor are priced separately so everyone sees what they’re paying for. Design and consultation runs about $500 per home. Equipment packages start around $1,200. Install labor depends on home size. Every home gets a written Project Proposal before work begins.
